  • Desired outcomes (confidence, clarity, persuasion, storytelling…)

2. Baseline Performance Evaluation

Client delivers a 3–5 minute talk on any topic. Coach evaluates:

  • Vocal clarity & projection
  • Pace, rhythm, pauses
  • Body language & eye contact
  • Structure and organization
  • Audience engagement
  • Use of visuals (if applicable)
  • Overall confidence

Deliverable: Scored rubric + written feedback + initial recommendations.

3. Personal Speaking Profile

Coach creates a one-page summary of:

  • Baseline video recording for future comparison
  • Strengths
  • Growth areas
  • Communication style
  • Coaching goals and milestones
