Initial Assessment & Baseline Analysis
1. Intake Questionnaire
Collect information about:
- Speaking experience and comfort level
- Typical speaking scenarios (work, school, leadership, sales, pitching, etc.)
- Specific fears (forgetting lines, shaky voice, Q&A, etc.)
- Desired outcomes (confidence, clarity, persuasion, storytelling…)
2. Baseline Performance Evaluation
Client delivers a 3–5 minute talk on any topic. Coach evaluates:
- Vocal clarity & projection
- Pace, rhythm, pauses
- Body language & eye contact
- Structure and organization
- Audience engagement
- Use of visuals (if applicable)
- Overall confidence
Deliverable: Scored rubric + written feedback + initial recommendations.
3. Personal Speaking Profile
Coach creates a one-page summary of:
- Baseline video recording for future comparison
- Strengths
- Growth areas
- Communication style
- Coaching goals and milestones
